Throughout the ceremony, sound healing sessions will gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation and receptivity, facilitating energetic shifts within your mind, body, and spirit. Movement, whether through dance or gentle stretching, will help liberate stored tension, trauma, and emotions from your body.
